Deadline for Hotel Booking

Deadline for hotel bookings is April 14th, 2009

After this date, reservations will still be handled. However, Mondial & Cititravel Congresos, S.L. cannot guarantee hotel accommodation.

Until 1st April, 2009, there will be a refund of 100% less 30.00 € for administration costs.

From 2nd to 14th April, 2009, there will be a refund of 50% of room-nights cancelled.

From 15th April, 2009, no reimbursement will be made.
