Please fill in one conference registration form per participant.

You will receive a personalised badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Conference, this badge will grant you access to the Scientific Sessions.

Registration fees (in Euro)

Students have to provide a membership or student document when registering. If the participant who has registered as a Student does not provide a valid membership/student document, non-member fees will be charged.

* Note: The annual dues for EAMT membership are 35,00€. Have you considered becoming a member?

Participants' registration fee includes:

• Admission to all Scientific Sessions

• Admission to Poster Area

• Conference materials

• Certificate of attendance

• Proceedings

• Welcoming Reception

• All Coffee Breaks

• Gala Banquet

Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and receipt of full payment.

As soon as the Technical Secretariat has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be mailed. Confirmations will be e-mailed if an e-mail address is provided on the registration form. This option is highly recommended as it helps avoid time consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or post-mailed.

Cancellation policy - Registration:

Refund of 50% will be granted to participants unable to attend if written notice is received by Mondial & Cititravel Congresos, S.L. by April 14, 2009. After this date, no refunds are available. Refunds will be reimbursed after the Congress.

Wednesday, May 13, 2009:           19:00 h - 20:00 h

Thursday, May 14, 2009:            9:00 h - 10:00 h

Friday, May 15, 2009:              9:00 h - 10:00 h
