The annual Conference of the European Association for Machine Translation provides an international forum for Machine Translation, translation tools, and multilingual text processing, creating awareness of this rapidly developing technology, encouraging public involvement, and building a base of support for future activity in the field. In 2009, the EAMT will be hosted by the Centre for Speech and Language Applications and Technologies (TALP) on the campus of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.

We would like to invite your organisation to show its commitment to Machine Translation and its key role in world communication by becoming a Sponsor of EAMT 2009. A sponsorship package has been developed (see below), however, the organisers welcome any type of support, including for specific articles or activities such as the conference reception (2000€) or conference banquet (5000€), where you would be recognised and invited to address the community, the conference coffee breaks (400€ each, 1600€ for all 4), the conference bags (750€), your logo appearing on the bag, all or part of printing the conference proceedings (3700€) or the digital proceeding, this year on USB memory drives (750€).
